Regarding Deep wells and submersible motors...?
I'd like to know if there are any requirements for the size of the deep well casing with respect to the diameter of the motor and pump to be installed...
the well's casing diameter would be a 6 inches...
the submersible pump & motor's diameter is 5.5 inches...
is there any risk in installing these pump in motor with a casing having very little allowance for clearance inside.

There's no risk installing pump in motor with a casing having very little allowance for clearance inside like that.
That's good. Because Motor & pump hanging freely, with 60m pipe usually (10 pcs of 6 m pipe), it will make not much moving.
The important thing is water level.
As long as the water level keep upper than the motor, it's OK.
