Exhaust system question?

I have a 94 camry wagon that has an exhaust leak somewhere near the engine. I believe is may be a section of exhaust flex pipe. My exhaust is stainless steel. My question is the joints have been together for about 150K miles. Can the flange joints be separated so I can replace with a new section of pipe. Or are they hoplessly welded together so that the entire exhaust needs to be replaced. If they can be separated, once the bolts are removed how to get them apart.

The bolts will probably be rusted bad.... the pipes might have a gap in them so you might be able to get them apart pretty easily....
