step up battery powered transformer to 120 VAC?
I just bought a suitable solenoid valve for my biggest potato gun yet, but the solenoid valve i just bought uses house outlet power, and this is suppose to be portable... I'm looking for a little circuit transformer like those in disposable cameras. The Yongchuang Solenoid valve you referenced apparently uses the S21B/S21H coil. This coil is rated at both 220/110 Volts AC and 24/12 V DC. See the first link. Try your solenoid on 12V DC. It should work. If not, then 24V DC should work well. In general any AC operated solenoid should work well on DC at a much lower voltage.
