Can you remove solder without a copper wire or a "solder sucker?"?
I need to remove some solder from this circuit board. I have the iron, but I don't have the removal device. Can I just use a paper towel or regular towel to wipe it off after heating or do I need a removal device?
A rag will do in a pinch. Just make sure you don't cause a short when you brush it off.
