Four things We must understand about Stammering
During the weekend I was at the car spare parts area at the local mall to get a tire pressure guage when I noticed this boy struggling to give details of the name of tool to the sales clerk. Initially I didn't understand why he was so tense. Soon I realized that the guy was struggling with stammering which is a communication disorderliness.
Stammering can be defined as disruptions and stoppages in fluency which disrupt the even flow and timing of spoken communication. This could be in the form of repetitions of voices, syllables or phrases, or of prolongations of voices so that words seem to be stretched out , and can involve silent jamming of the airflow of speech when no sound is heard. Oral communication may seem forced, tense or bumpy. Citizens who stammer may keep away from selected words or circumstances which they understand will cause them difficulty. If you have stuttering condition, and need to know how to stop stuttering, it is best to consider the following facts first
1. Stammering can affect almost anyone. In fact in USA alone, there are more than 3 million individuals who stammer. Nevertheless it is not significant where on earth you reside, how safe your surroundings is. Stammering hits many individuals from anywhere. But, it is often frequent in young children who are still learning to talk. And normally, these kids are able to stop stuttering as they mature . Only a minor percent ( approximately one%) of adults stammer.

speedometer and oil pressure guage acting up?
Hi! I have a 03' Envoy, and sometimes my speedometer and oil pressure guages go crazy. I can be in park and my speedometer says 50. and my oil pressure guage goes to the limit. my voy runs fine but it makes me nevous to see them do that. please help. thanks in advance.
Well your not the only person to ever have this issue with I/P's (instrument panels) with GM products. 2003 and 2004's are those BAD panals and looks like you might be holding the bag of bad luck. GM used a bad stepper motor in those panals and the stepper motors have been updated to take care of the concern. What those stepper motors do, is they follow what the speed sensor from the transmission tell the ECM. The ECM then operates the speedometer. The speedometer then steps up the range through 0-120mph I think it is. The motor essentially starts it first step say 0-1mph, step 2 is 1-2mph, 2-3 mph would be essntially the 3rd step. The steps in the motor get missed or skipped and what happens is the speedo will stop on a step, lets say eventually at step 40. And since step 40 will not work, the speedo stops there, then adds 20 to read 60mph while the vehicle is moving at say 0mph. The same goes for the oil pressure gauge, the pressure gauge has the same issue with the stepper motor in the I/P that runs that gauge. Basically what you need to do is the panal needs to be replaced. If you handy, you can remove it and replace it yourself. There is an R.P.O code on the back of the panal that is useful in replacing the unit with getting the right one. sorry to go into technical detail about the operation, but hay, your the one who asked the question, I just thought I would give you a no B.S answer.
