How do become very flexible?
I want to become really, really flexible as I am doing an audition at my school for dance, and your more likely to get in if your flexible.
I don't care how much it hurts, or how hard i have to work to get there.
What can i do to become very flexible in the next couple of weeks?
make up a stretching routine! its easy start out with something simple (butterfly) then stretch your calves, hamstrings, etc.. then move to more high intensity like splits (if you cant do the splits go down as far as you can and hold it for a while) then do lower intensity again or strengthening like sit ups! it will work! if you do it twice a day!
its also easier to strech if your in a hot place cuz your muscles relax more!
